There is a free tool available which will allow you to bring up all the Neutral & Negative Feedback for any eBay user and it won't cost you a penny. It will save you tons of time. Ebay doesn't allow direct links to external URLs so I can't provide a direct link here. You're going to have to go to Google or almost any other search engine and type toolhaus into the search window. The first link which comes up is the direct link you want! Click on it and away you go! It has other search functions too so you might want to check out the other useful features on that site.
