)i wanted to give home roasters a heads up on these hand made roaster from El Salvador. Artesanal Coffee roaster
the older modes were made of steel roasting drum and a stainless steel outer cover. the new models are made with not so much care. Galvanized steel replacing the mild steel for drum construction and galvanized sheet metal through out. Paint is not heat resistant and bubbles. So please be aware that these are more ornamental than usable as Galvanized and the paint used is not healthy and may cause chemical fumes to be generated. I wanted to return mine but it isn't cost effective due to distance. Seller didn't respond to concerns of its manufacture.
When arrived it mentions $76 El Salvadorian dollars for insurance on package. seller hides item for feedback
