BOOTLEGGERS ARE RAMPANT ON EBAY Please Don't Encourage : eBay Guides

Myself  (along with a few other honest sellers) have  been selling only ORIGINAL rare movies on Ebay for quite some time. Our competition are offering to unsuspecting buyers  "rare" "hard to find" titles at a very low prices. These sellers are crooks.

 Some are copying vhs movies to DVDs over and over  and selling them for a huge profit (a vhs burned to a dvd is still a copy. Quality will ALWAYS be less than the ORIGINAL vhs tape).

 Some are copying and selling the same vhs tapes over and over again.

This is very profitable for  crooked sellers. Some Buyers even condone this (they would rather pay half price for a copy as opposed to an original)  however .. this is ILLEGAL and TOTALLY DISHONEST.

 Please Don't Encourage Bootleggers.  

 CHECK OUT  SELLERS BEFORE YOU BUY

  SOME SURE FIRE SIGNS OF A BOOTLEGGER

 If  the seller's price seems low in comparison to others, be suspicious, ASK, it is probably a bootleg

 If the seller is selling the same rare movies over and over again(rare means rare), it's a bootleg (check completed items)

 If the seller states"artwork" comes in a "new" protective case, it's a bootleg

 If the seller states"never a rental" (but it's not in the original box), it's a bootleg

 If the seller states" comes with free"  cd soundtrack, it's a bootleg

 If the seller states "Special Edition" DVD, "Plays all regions", "Artwork included " it's a bootleg

If the bidders/buyers I.D's are private chances are very good the seller is selling bootlegs.
