BITE BLOCKER is a natural insect repellent that repels black flies and mosquitoes just as well as a 20% formulation of DEET. DEET, a synthetic repellent, has been linked to allergic reactions and other health problems. Bite Blocker, made from soybean oil and other natural ingredients, works up to 8 hours. Its sold over the counter in drugstores.
 

BUG ZAPPERS
 
BE AWARE! Bug zappers do more than just kill mosquitoes and other flying bugs. They shower the area with allergy causing viruses and bacteria carried by the bugs.
BEST BET: Get rid of zappers in around the house and keep bugs away with a repellent.
NEXT BEST: Position zappers away from areas where food is served & people congregate.
