Most of the items bidded at the last minute are by bogus bidders who inflates the sale, but end up with non paying the item often. The seller has to wait for 7 working days after the bid finishes to file a case again Non payment. and then wait for 7 days for non response to get the insert fees back. Nearly 14 days are wasted and the time taken for the item to be relisted and lose their clients.
Am i right?
