Chinese Solid 14k gold jewelry : eBay Guides

I dont want to give any vendor a bad name but I need to warn Ebayers of certain members selling jewelry (mostly rings) that are stamped 14K

I have bought from several Chinese vendors (no longer on ebay) that advertised their product as 14k SOLID gold. These items were gold plated and poorly plated. In some cases they were not even gold.

These vendors also advertised the stones as Diamonds. They are NOT. My first clue was getting the items for less than the gold would cost but I felt I should at least start the blog.

The vendors I bought from have been removed from Ebay but I see that the exact settings are popping up on ebay again (from China)
