Collection Agency Sending snail mail to cllect a debt : eBay Guides

I just recieved a letter by snail mail from a collection agency claiming I owe Ebay money. I called Ebay and since my account is paid and up to date, we concluded this is a scam. I guess they're back to doing things the old fasioned way.
