I recently purchased an eight ball from an ebay seller. The eight ball did not work. So I emailed another seller who nicely emailed me back and told me that the eight ball is suppose to work. Apparently, they are suppose to move around on their own without being flicked.
The product came and I emailed the seller. He never responded. I emailed him to let him know that the product was received and was not working. I went to paypal and opened up a dispute of my purchase not working from day one. Once the seller received the information from paypal, he continued to email me with very rude and derogitory remarks.
I feel this was uncalled for.
Because I myself have class. I left the seller a positive feedback in hopes that we could resolve this issue at hand. The seller then went to my feedback which he did not post for along time until I opened my dispute. He typed that I was a liar and that I was looking for a free lunch. I had a perfect feedback score and he left negative for me. This seller at this point had 5 negatives in one month. He is selling broken items. Apparently has been for some time now.
Please pay attention to the sellers negative feedback. I thought I would give the seller the benefit of the doubt. Wrong move on my part!!!
I am trying to resolve this issue as quickly as possible in hopes of not starting anything big. I have never had a problem with any other seller and thanks to this seller I now have a negative feedback because he was upset with me.
