I have been receiving a few more than acceptable in lower DSRs on shipping times. ALL of our SHIPPING TIMES are below:
NOTE: BEFORE GIVING ANY SELLER A LOW DSR, WHY NOT CONTACT THEM? SOMETIME THE BUYER MAY MISS SOMETHING THAT IF THEY READ IT THE DSR WOULD BE HIGHER.
1) ALL items ship within 0-7 working days. Knowing this, if the item is shipped by the 7th working day, 5 star should be placed as this is posted and once you purchase the item you are saying this is OKAY. It is upsetting when this is stated or 1-3 is stated and it ships on the 3rd day and i get a 2 because it did not ship the same day.
2) You can see where the product is located. If you pay UPS ground shipping and it is shipping from MD and you are in CA, why would i get the LOW DSR when it takes 7 days travel time when that is the normal stated time UPS takes from East Coast to West Coast? If you think it should take less than 7 Days, then request faster shipping and, if possible, we will issue the extra costs to ship the item through a faster method.
3) shipping costs are done by weight and not value. please do not be upset if you pay $20 shipping on 25 pound package on an item you paid $5.
