USPS  yes   UPS NO

   USPS= United States Postal Service  the better way to Canada

UPS =Bad service hidden charges

    Every shipment by ups to Canada has cost me from 40 to 100 dollars extra on my side. This after paying the shipping to the seller in usd plus purchase price,my deals have more than doubled in price!

    The sellers that have shipped via USPS have done me a great service an identical item same size, same weight shipped to me USPS  arrived at my local postal pick up with no extra charges.

"And the US PS arrived sooner than any of my ups shipments"

ups shipped the same item than charged $40 handling fees $15 brokerage fee $5 for doing all of that and than taxes on their charges to me. If no one is home to receive the shippment 3 times  it is sent back to the seller.

If buying from the US in Canada I recomend asking seller to use their own postal service USPS and save yourself a lot of money and wasted time.
