SVP customer service and lindas_camera_world : eBay Guides

I want to share my experience with  lindas_camera_world and their product - a video camera 12MP SVP HD DIGITAL VIDEO CAMERA w/PANASONIC CCD-DV8800 Record High Definition Video! 100% Money-Back Guarantee

It was defective from the very beginning - the zoom mode would not work in picture mode, and in preview mode the camera deleted whatever information was recordet on an SD card.

I have been trying to exchange /refund it, and was redirected to the manufacturer - SVP company. Since July I have been sending them multiple emails and left voice mail to instruct on returning the camera. Once I was lucky enough to rich a sales representative, which told me lindas_camera_world is their web sales department, and advised to call the technical support.

Returning policy is so funny there - they need to have a communication with you and give some kind of identification number along with the address where to send it. And they are not reachable to get that number in a first place. The telefon number - to get that number I had to open a dispute with lindas_camera_world , there is no telephone number on their web site. Frankly, my experience with lindas_camera_world made me reluctant to buy anything else on ebay. So I want to caution everyone about these scammers.
