If you look at a piece about the history and contruction of the tuba, posted by bandroom1, you'll see a piece that bandroom1 didn't write.

I wrote that piece, and bandroom1 has posted it under his name.

I've complained to eBay, but they haven't yet pulled the piece of mine posted by bandroom1 yet, nor do they seem to be inclined to.

The piece is protected by copyright, so posting it without my consent is illegal.

Obviously eBay has no respect for the law.
