This is a tale of warning for anyone looking to buy Porsche 996/986 Boxter headlights off of Ebay. There have been hundreds of thefts in the USA since the lights are very easy to steal. These lights often end up on ebay.
Additionally, beware of buying these lights off of people who are selling them and will not accept paypal, VISA, or any other method which gives you a chance of reclaiming your money. I made that mistake about a year ago. After winning a set of 996 2002+ Litronic headlights and sending payment, I never recieved the lights and had to go thru extraordinary lengths to get my money back.
