)I sent an 1889 p morgan silver dollar to n.g.c., Which I thought would have a very good chance to come back as a higher grade. I cut it out of an ms 64 anacs holder, This coin had toning on it. I submited it and it came back as being cleaned. Funny thing is the coin has no toning on it now. I wonder what happened to this coin. I had another person also check this coin before I sent it and they said there was no cleaning on this coin, and should have been in a higher grade. Tell me this one.? I complained to ngc, {here is my answer, send it back at your expense, and we will check it out} Yea right, as if this would change any thing. So who do you believe?
