 most of the injury's were from BAD BOAT DRIVERS!! 35-40MPH!! of course someone is going to be hurt! or killed, take any amature waterskier/motorized watersports person at that speed, they will get hurt. 35-40mph is very experienced slalom skier speed,  or barefoot speed, in which case you wear the proper protection, and KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING!!  i dont know how many times iv seen amature, weekend warrior dads taking there kids wakeboarding at extreamly exceessive speeds.  just like when jet skiers hit fallen skiers when there jumping there boat wake, there idiots and dont know what there doing. i dont see jet ski's banned, the tube has warnings, and learning steps to properly use. it was throttle happy dad that got them hurt, not the tube. lets use common sense out there people. it makes me so mad, that a few un-iteligent people have ruiened the wego tube for the rest of us. as well as harmed the company that made this product.
