I just bought a set of headers for a Grand National. I immediately noticed that the turbo side header wasn't welded where the three pipes come together (see pic). You can look right into the exhaust from the outside. So, I contacted ssautochrome right away, to which they replied, send them back and we'll exchange them. When I went to send them back I asked for their method of shipment and their account number. To which they replied, you have to pay for the shipping. I already paid $50 for shipping the first time and it's not my fault that they sent me unfinished product. This is the worst customer service (or shall I say, lack of customer service) I have ever seen. He then gave me negative feedback saying that I don't follow seller's policies and called me scum. This clearly shows his level of professionalism. This would also indicate that he feels he can sell incomplete or damaged goods and that he's not responsible in any way, even if he's 100% at fault. Look into it; you can't even contact him by phone. It's email or fax only. Wonder why? The sad reality of this is, the headers look great and if I had have got what I paid for; I would have left positive feedback. He lacks dealing in good faith and that's why he has so many negative feedbacks in comparison to others companies that sell similar products. There are always two sides to every story and more than one place to buy your goods, so make your own judgment before doing business with this guy.
